The Program responsible for applying Resolution and making payouts or refunds available.
Resolution
A Resolver submits the observed value for a Market according to its Resolution Source. MVP Resolution can be admin-controlled.
Settlement
Settlement uses the Resolution to calculate available payouts for Long and Short Positions.
Claim and Refund
Claim receives a normal payout after Settlement. Refund returns collateral when a Market is cancelled or invalidated.
