Resolution is the result data for a Market after the outcome is observed. A Resolver submits the observed value using the declared Resolution Source.

Settlement applies the Resolution to Long and Short Positions and makes payouts available for Claim.

Cancelled or invalidated Markets return collateral through Refunds instead of normal payouts.
